ROTONDI BL CO-90 - is a pneumatic steam press with vacuum system with a protection system to prevent accidents.

The lower press pad is made of 5 layers of silicone. At the top, the press has a stainless steel pressure head heated by electricity or steam.

The press vacuum is done by a 0.37 KW vacuum pump.

The press can be ordered with pressing pads of different shapes and sizes (see figure 3). If a steam supply network is not available, the press can be ordered with a 24 liter built-in steam generator equipped with a heating resistance of 12-18 KW power. The generator delivers steam at 4.5 bar, the maximum pressure being 5.5 bar.

The press can be delivered at 230V or 400V.

• anti-shine plate made of PTFE and aluminum covering the pressing head

• ET1-RAFFAELLO control panel that can be programmed for press and steam times, pre and post vacuum timing, pressure, air blowing time etc. - for a total of 9 programs

• condensation separator unit equipped with an electric steam iron

• swing arm made entirely of stainless steel used for ironing sleeves or stain removal

• air water spray gun
