Automatic 1-needle sewing machine with electronic transport system equipped with an energy-saving servo motor, mounted directly on the main shaft of the machine (Direct Drive), which guarantees silent and reliable operation and low electricity consumption. The electronic, programmable transport system (programming the movement of the teeth) controlled by stepper motors, allows you to set the appropriate trajectory of the conveyor movement suitable for the type and thickness of the sewn materials. Correctly adjusted transport ensures a high quality of the seam. This feature is not available in traditional transport mechanisms. The stepper motor that controls the stitch length setting and locking functions significantly reduces the noise level during operation and also allows very precise stitch length setting with an accuracy of 0.1 mm. In addition, the possibility to program simple decorative stitches.
The A8 series machines are additionally equipped with a material thickness sensor under the presser foot. It is possible to program the machine in such a way that it changes the parameters during sewing, thus always obtaining a perfect seam.
The extended arm of the machine up to 30.5 cm guarantees great freedom of work, even when sewing large elements.

The Jack A8 machine has an improved double wire cutting system, shortening the length of the wire after cutting to 3.0 mm.
The A8 semi-dry head (oil is not fed to the needle bar drive mechanism) minimizes the risk of oil staining fabrics during sewing.
Closed lubrication system (without the typical oil bath). A small amount of oil is kept in a closed container to prevent it from getting dirty. This solution guarantees less oil consumption and better lubrication of the machine's mechanisms. The machine is also available in the "H" subclass for sewing thicker fabrics.
