STROBEL KA-ED - it is a high-speed automatic sewing machine designed for sewing the liner on the costume or jacket lapels.

The liner can be stitched on lapels up to 63 cm long with no traces of wrinkling, for a total production of 600-1050 sewn units. The machine is particularly easy to use because the lapel's shape is automatically detected by the machine.

It requires a compressed air network connection with a pressure of 5-6 bar and a flow rate of 2x245 L/h.

The stitch lenght is 6 mm with the adjustable seam distance between 4 and 15 mm.

The maximum sewing speed is 3000 stitches per minute.

It's using a NM 80-100 / NM 65-90 needle.

It works at 220V / 50Hz for a total consumption of 2080W (2x1040W).
