SIRUBA ASP-EBJ100 - is an automatic elastic band joining machine.

The machine can sew any type of elastic and elastic bands with a width of 20-55 mm and make rings with a diameter of 15-99 cm for a total circumference of 30-198 cm. The overlapping of the two ends of the ring may vary between 0-13 mm.

It has an output capacity is 3600 rings in 8 hours, calculated at an average of 190 bonding stitches per ring.

The machine uses a single Juki LK-1920 sewing head with a single needle DPx5 14 # who makes type 301 stitch.

The maximum sewing speed is 2000 stitches per minute.

It has servo motor who works at 220V / 50Hz.

It requires a compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.5 MPa and a flow rate of 30 liters per minute.
