SIRUBA ASP-JBL100 - is an automatic belt loop attaching machine.

The machine can sew any type of belt loops with a width between 9-18 mm and the length of the finished product between 42-78 mm. The sewing area of the attachment bartack varies from 5 to 22 mm in length for a width of not more than 3 mm.

The sewing capacity is 800 trousers in 8 hours, calculated at 5 belt loops on the trouser and 28 stitches on the bartack.

The machine uses a single LKS-1900AN sewing head with a single needle DPx17 21 # who makes type 301 stitch.

The maximum speed is 2700 stitches per minute.

It has a servo motor running at 220V / 50Hz.

It requires a compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.5 MPa and a flow rate of 32 liters per minute.
