SIRUBA ASL-JBH100 - is an automatic jeans bottom hemming machine.

It can make hems between 15-25 mm wide and 28-68 cm long (14-34 cm bent in two).

The machine is able to sew 2400 pants in 8 hours at a 2.8 mm stitch lenght. Optionally, it can be modified to sew at 2.1 / 2.3 / 2.5 / 3.2 / 3.6 / 4.2 mm.

The machine uses a single Juki DLN-6390-7 sewing head with a single needle UY180GVS, SERV7 or Nm 140 who makes type 301 stitch.

Maximum speed is 4000 stitches per minute.

It has a servo motor running at 220V / 50Hz.

It requires a compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.5 MPa and a flow rate of 25 liters per minute.
